Behavior Technician

Case Supervisors

Role Overview:
Case Supervisors oversee treatment plans, provide direct supervision to Behavior Technicians, and ensure families receive high-quality, consistent care.

Expectations:

• Conduct assessments and assist in developing individualized treatment plans.

• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians through regular observation and feedback.

• Collaborate with the BCBA and families to adjust goals and strategies as needed.

• Ensure data accuracy, treatment fidelity, and adherence to ethical guidelines.

• Provide parent training sessions to empower caregivers in supporting their child’s progress.

• Model leadership, empathy, and clinical excellence in daily practice.

Role Overview:
Behavior Technicians work 1:1 with children, implementing individualized ABA and ACT-based treatment plans under the supervision of a Case Supervisor or BCBA.

Expectations:

• Provide direct therapy sessions focused on communication, daily living, social, and coping skills.

• Collect accurate data during each session and communicate progress clearly.

• Collaborate with families to create consistency across home and therapy.

• Maintain professionalism, compassion, and patience in every interaction.

• Commit to ongoing training and skill development provided by Milestone Makers.
